I am originally from New Jersey… no wonder I decided to move to Arizona.  After over 50 years as an entrepreneur and business owner, I packed my bags and moved to the “Grand Canyon State”.  Already financially secure, I realized that early retirement was NOT for me.  My years of hard work DID, however, give me the flexibility to do what I always wanted to… share my knowledge and experience to help inform and guide others.

Despite my financial success, I went through the same growing pains that you are in right now.  My biggest challenges, however, were related to home ownership.  REMEMBER, buying your home is, aside from marriage, the biggest single decision a person will make in his or her lifetime!  I had the same questions & fears that you have right now.  The problem was that I had no one to help guide me through the process… every mortgage broker was simply a salesman who wanted to make the highest commission possible- DESPITE THE CONSEQUENCES TO ME!!!

My goal now is simply to help others make THEIR process as simple, painless, & satisfying as possible.

I talk straight & say it like it is.
I aim to educate people, rather than to sell them something.
I respect my clients, and listen to everything they have to say… so the end result is a customized home mortgage loan that they want, need, and will be VERY happy with.
